Ceramicspeed PF4630 Bottom Bracket Cups 68/79/86 mm Red

This bottom bracket is when you have a PF30, BBright or 386EVO housing frame and want to install a BB30 crankset in the frame.

They all have an internal diameter of 46 mm and a smooth interior, although the widths control from 68 mm to 86 mm The crank has a spindle 30 mm in diameter.

This bottom bracket has almost zero power loss due to friction, thanks to the bearings.

Both have super round and super soft CeramicSpeed balls that roll in hardened steel races.

The coated version has a metallic coating fixed in the races, which makes it even harder and softer, resulting in a longer lifespan and less resistance.
